Job summary

Procare HR is hiring a Customer Success Specialist for a fully remote role in the United States. You will manage client interactions, drive first-time task resolution, and support HR services for care providers.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in client support or customer success, plus 2–4 years in relationship management and escalation handling. Proficiency with HRIS (UKG Ready) and Salesforce is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years in client support or customer success.
• 2-4 years in managing customer relationships and handling inquiries with escalation and process improvement.
• Experience with HRIS systems (UKG Ready preferred) and CRM platforms (Salesforce).

How you will make an impact:

As a Customer Success Specialist at Procare HR, you are an essential part of the Client Engagement Team. You will be accountable for first time resolution of delegated tasks; when assigned a task, it belongs to you. Customers feel peace of mind knowing their team is engaged, supported, and empowered in their partnership with Procare, and appreciative of your reliability, likability, follow-through and relentless focus on experience and satisfaction.

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years prior experience in client support, customer success, HR administration or a similar role.
• 2-4 years prior experience managing customer relationships and handling customer inquiries with a focus on escalation management and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HRIS systems (UKG Ready preferred) and CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) for customer management and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and One Note for task tracking and communication.
