Customer Success Specialist – New York (hybrid)

An established and rapidly growing global fintech company is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Customer Success Specialist to join its team in New York City.

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in managing key client relationships during onboarding, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from the platform while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Success Specialist:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing day-to-day support needs and strengthening long-term relationships.
• Handle any customer issues on email, support and online chat.
• Manage bug reports, troubleshoot issues and collaborate to improve products and services.
• Conduct due diligence to ensure customer queries are answered accurately, on time and proactively.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - including business development, product, finance, and marketing - to deliver a seamless and value-driven customer experience.

Requirements of the Customer Success Specialist:

• Minimum of 1 year in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role, ideally within fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional client service, driving increased customer retention and growth.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset.

This role would be an excellent fit for someone looking to take the next step in their career, and the team are offering $110,000 per year for the right person. They are ideally looking for someone who can be onsite at least 4 days a week.
