Job summary

Kinetico is seeking a Service Coordinator to answer calls and emails, schedule installations and service calls, and proactively inform customers about additional product sales and service offerings. You will log interactions in CRM, support technicians, and assist with counter sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma (associate degree preferred) and 3–5 years in customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; an associate degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a customer service-oriented role.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Must be able to prioritize and be flexible to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails, assess customer needs and take action.
• Schedule product installations and service calls.
• Log calls and emails into CRM and track metrics.
• Provide counter sales and assist customers in the retail store.
• Proactively upsell ancillary services to customers.
