Timken Company is seeking a Customer Relations Management Representative to provide a range of customer service functions using technical product knowledge. You will handle sales calls, emails, and customer portals to assist with ordering, pricing, and delivery, coordinating with Manufacturing and Distribution to meet commitments.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED with 3+ years of related experience and SAP familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of related experience.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer sales calls and respond to emails, texts, and portals to assist customers in ordering products.
• Quote pricing and delivery for standard and special order items.
• Coordinate delivery dates with Manufacturing or Distribution Center.
• Inform customers promptly if delivery cannot be met and provide alternatives.
• Liaise with Sales Support Manager and manage customer portals.
