Job summary

Timken in Wadsworth, OH is seeking a Customer Relations Management Representative to deliver responsive, knowledge-based support to customers.

You will handle sales calls, emails, texts, and portals, quote pricing and delivery, and coordinate orders with manufacturing and distribution, while maintaining professional communication and timely updates. A high school diploma and 3 years in related work are required; SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of related experience.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience with SAP is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of customer service functions using product knowledge.
• Answer sales calls and respond to emails, texts, and portals to assist ordering.
• Quote pricing and delivery for products, including special orders.
• Maintain communication with Sales Support Manager and coordinate delivery dates.
• Ensure stock availability and inform customers of delivery status.
• Own accounts from launch through the full sales cycle.
