Job summary

The Timken Company is seeking a Customer Relations Management Representative (Administrative) to manage key accounts and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across original equipment and aftermarket channels.

You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Manufacturing, handle quotations, orders, scheduling, and monitoring delivery performance while mentoring peers and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Prior customer relations experience preferred.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive account management and best-in-class customer experience.
• Quotations, order entry, schedule changes, forecasting, expediting, and order book management.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain and manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery.
• Mentor peers and lead team meetings on complex issues.
