Lynco Products in Milan, IL is hiring a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to process orders and support the sales team. You will respond to customer questions, resolve issues, and help keep day-to-day needs moving smoothly.

The role emphasizes dependability, organization, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy. Training occurs during the initial period, followed by a Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and good judgment when addressing customer questions.
• Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and product details.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders and sales credits accurately and efficiently.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and sales reps, providing timely follow-up.
• Support key customer accounts and Sales Managers across channels.
• Research and resolve order, shipping, pricing, or product questions with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data in company systems.
• Identify issues proactively and communicate with the right party.
• Manage multiple requests while meeting deadlines and staying organized.
• Build positive relationships through responsive, professional communication.
