Group O, Inc. is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative in Milan, IL, to respond to customer questions and concerns with efficiency and courtesy. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, processing orders, and providing accurate information.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, problem-solving, and a customer-focused mindset. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:30am–7:00pm Central Time, with opportunities to support multiple departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Remote location requires high-speed internet (100 Mbps).
• Experience in customer service or call center is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills are essential.
• Ability to problem-solve and own customer issues until resolution.
• Typing and data entry proficiency.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls from customers and provide prompt, courteous responses.
• Identify root causes and resolve issues to customer satisfaction using available resources.
• Build rapport and tailor responses to individual customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, pricing, and promotions.
• Assist with order placements, returns, tracking, and account updates.
• Document all interactions accurately and generate reports as needed.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and tech support for escalated inquiries.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
