Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to service and manage relationships with an assigned book of business under direct supervision.

Responsibilities include managing the book, supporting service managers, building customer relationships, addressing escalated issues, conducting regular status meetings, and generating monthly/quarterly reports; applicants should have a high school diploma and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge/Skills: Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree; 1 year account management or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business (new and existing zero accounts).
• Support and work with service managers and specialists for assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Respond to escalated issues; seek additional support from management as needed.
• Conduct regular status meetings with customers to understand needs and link them to product/service strategies.
• Manage pricing and service-related activities.
• Perform product cross-referencing activities.
• Create and run monthly/quarterly reports.
