The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, collaboration with outside sales reps, and adherence to company policies. Prior experience in sales support and basic computer skills are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of sales support experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to use CRM tools.
• Construction industry familiarity is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products and solicit orders.
• Explain product features and quote prices, delivery dates, and terms.
• Provide ongoing support after sales and resolve issues with appropriate departments.
• Maintain product knowledge and follow administrative procedures.
