Job summary

TriNet in Irvine, CA is seeking an Associate Customer Relationship Manager to support a high-volume SMB client base and drive satisfaction and retention. You will act as a retention advocate, collaborating with Sales, Customer Experience, Pricing Strategy and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Typically 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management or related roles.
• Experience working with SMB clients and cross-functional teams is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to SMB clients daily.
• Engage in pricing and contract negotiations to secure agreements.
• Maintain and expand C-Suite relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Pricing Strategy and Products teams.
• Identify opportunities to deliver additional services and value to clients.
