Job summary

Inductive Automation is seeking a customer support specialist to own renewals, quotes, and inquiries end-to-end. You will collaborate across teams to ensure customers get the right tools and solutions, while tracking metrics and keeping accurate records in our CRM and support systems.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree (preferably) and 2+ years in customer-facing roles, with experience in CRM platforms like Zendesk or HubSpot.
