Job summary

Bev-Hub seeks a Customer Account Manager to act as the primary link between customers and our operations team. You will ensure satisfaction, coordinate projects, solve challenges, and help clients grow in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment.

You'll work with Operations, Scheduling, QA, Procurement, and Logistics to support customer success and long-term partnerships, while maintaining documentation and driving growth across our customer base.

Qualifications

• Experience in beverage manufacturing, food manufacturing, co-packing, or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or inventory management systems
• Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Marketing or a related field
