Job summary

Bev-Hub, a leading Midwest beverage co-packer, is seeking a Customer Account Manager to be the primary link between customers and our operations team. You will help drive customer satisfaction, coordinate projects, and support growth of our client base.

You will work with cross-functional teams including Operations, Scheduling and Quality Assurance to ensure seamless execution and long-term partnerships. This role requires relationship-building, project coordination, and a passion for customer

Qualifications

• Experience in beverage manufacturing, food manufacturing, co-packing, or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or inventory management systems
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing or a related field
