Job summary

DOmedia, LLC. is seeking a customer success / training focused professional to onboard new users, train on updates, and advocate for customers. You will leverage analytics to identify opportunities, coordinate with sales, and help automate processes for customers and internal teams.

You will also learn MySQL, run SQL reports in Sisense, document workflows, and participate in regular customer meetings to ensure successful adoption of our platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or related field.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Willingness to travel.
• Willingness to learn MySQL database tool.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, especially via phone and screen sharing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Sales Team on account needs and launch new customers.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
• Automate manual processes for customers and internal teams.
• Master product offerings and translate customer needs into actions.
• Communicate new technology enhancements and benefits to customers.
• Capture customer requests and relay to project managers.
• Troubleshoot issues to keep operations running smoothly.
• Configure DOmedia accounts by updating settings and permissions.
