Würth Baer Supply Company is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Rumford, RI branch. The role includes handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing pricing information.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, experience in Excel and SAP, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is $24.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm ET.

• Excel proficiency and familiarity with SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process online orders and modify as needed.
• Respond to pricing requests for stock and non-stock items.
• Investigate back-ordered items and offer substitutes.
