Job summary

Leader Tech Inc is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to assist with packing and shipping a variety of EMI shielding products in its Tampa facility. The role supports packaging, labeling, and maintaining accurate records to meet customer requirements.

The position requires strong attention to detail, reliable teamwork, and adherence to safety regulations in a manufacturing environment. On-site work with standard production schedules is expected.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or shipping department preferred.
Any equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable by management.
Must be able to follow directions and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Load materials and products per designated shipping requirements.
Record product, packaging, and order information on forms and records.
Examine containers and packaging to ensure packing specifications are met.
Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
Mark and label containers, tag products.
Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers with hand tools.
Coordinate with carrier representatives for shipping arrangements.
