Acme Brick Company in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide product and service information to customers and sales reps, resolve issues, and enter orders into the sales system. You will back up other CSRs and coordinate with vendors, production, and warehouse to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery; a high school diploma and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel; JDE experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with customers by phone, email or in person on various concerns.
• Work with vendors and manufacturers on various concerns.
• Work with Acme production coordinators on product inquiries.
• Place purchase orders for tile, wood, stone and other masonry products with various manufacturers and vendors.
• Serve as a back up to other CSRs.
• Receive materials into inventory through the operating system.
• Assist warehouse and other associates with sample orders and verifying material from vendors.
• Enter sales orders and sales transfers.
