Qualifikationen

• College Diploma in science, business or customer service.
• Commercial experience working in customer service or similar roles preferred.
• Experience using an ERP system such as Service Cloud would be an asset.

Aufgaben

• Work with the Customer Service team on specific order support projects.
• Organizing and dispersing customer inquiries.
• Ensure order specific requirements are promptly communicated to appropriate departments.
• Prepare and provide documents based on customer requests.
• Ensure orders are correct and up to date.
• Identify improvement opportunities and participate in establishing the department's performance metrics and CI programs.
