Responsabilités

• Coordinate, manage, and negotiate pricing, delivery, quality, and responsiveness with customers.
• Respond to quotes, material planning, order entry, and RMA requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain order accuracy, schedule, and documentation in product files.
• Provide regular production and forecast information to planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Quality, and Accounting to resolve issues.
