Job summary

INW Capstone Nutrition is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support the Sales Team and customers from order entry through shipment. You will monitor POs, coordinate with logistics, and ensure accurate documentation and communication across internal departments.

The role requires 0-2+ years in customer service, proficiency in MS Office, and strong English communication. This position is on-site in a fast-paced warehouse and office environment with opportunities to collaborate

Qualifications

BS/BA preferred.
0-2+ years of customer service experience.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel (MS Office).
Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write in English to support customers.
Familiar with cGMPs and compliant.
Ability to lift 30 lbs and perform desk/warehouse tasks.
Able to sit for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Process customer purchase orders from entry to shipment, including material tracking and cross-department communication.
Handle requotes, change orders, packaging specs, and label reviews.
Coordinate shipping with Logistics and communicate with customers.
Document customer calls, open orders, and specification reviews.
Attend internal meetings and huddles; support cross-functional teams.
Assist accounting with unpaid invoices and reclaimed material costs.
