The role interfaces with production, sales, and logistics to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate fulfillment. Requires 3+ years in sales or customer service, SAP/Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in sales or customer service-oriented role in manufacturing or similar environment.
• BA/BS degree strongly preferred - AA/AS degree or some formal education required-Equivalent work experience may substitute.
• Systems usage include: SAP, Microsoft Office, and Credit Portal
• Knowledge of mathematical calculations - uses mathematical skills to calculate order quantities, quotations, and tolerances
• English (verbal and written) abilities at or above high school degree equivalent
• Requires strong to intermediate computer knowledge
• Demonstrated proficiency in organizing tasks, tracking deliverables, and maintaining accurate records with high accuracy
• Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments with multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Commercial sales/marketing.
• Assists Outside Sales in developing territory customer base.
• Sales prospecting and fielding incoming calls to identify new opportunities.
• Pricing recommendations based on market knowledge.
• Customer relationship building and maintaining contact with key customers.
• Processes customer orders, credits, complaints, returns, and inquiries.
• Collaborates with department managers to plan and expedite customer requirements.
• Proactive problem identification and resolution of internal and customer issues.
• Assists in root cause analysis and problem solving of customer quality concerns.
• All other duties assigned
