Qualifications

• 1+ year of Sno-Go or ski bike experience.
• 1+ year of technical experience maintaining and repairing Sno-Go products.
• 1+ year of experience working with customers/guests.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, dealers, and resorts.
• Respond to all inquiries in a timely, professional, and empathetic way.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Coordinate the ordering, shipping, and tracking of replacement parts for warranty and service claims.
• Oversee and manage all warranty claims from submission through resolution.
