Job summary

OuterSignal is seeking a curious Customer Success Manager to help our growing brand base get real value from the platform. You'll onboard new customers, support day-to-day success operations, and turn data into action.

This ground-floor role offers ownership early in your career. You'll work with the founding team to define playbooks, monitor account health, and surface product insights that inform the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management or related roles.
• Interest in ecommerce, DTC brands, or martech.
• Experience with customer onboarding and playbook development is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to explain complex concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Support new brand onboardings, coordinate kickoffs and ensure activation.
• Assist in developing playbooks and a library of use cases.
• Lead setup and training sessions with brand teams to drive adoption.
• Monitor account health and flag risks or opportunities.
• Handle customer support as first point of contact for questions.
• Document feedback and surface product insights to inform roadmaps.
• Develop a deep understanding of ecommerce and martech to speak credibly with customers.
