SCALIS is building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams improve performance. We’re seeking someone to own the customer journey from setup through onboarding, adoption, and long-term success, turning early sparks into durable usage and growth.

You’ll capture feedback to guide product and engineering, assist contracts with new partners, and build playbooks and success metrics.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Analytical thinker with technical/finance/product background.
• Customer-facing professional who can excite, guide, and close.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Curious, strategic mindset shaping product direction.
• Methodical with templates and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey: setup, onboarding, adoption, and long-term success.
• Capture and structure customer feedback: be the voice of the user.
• Assist the contract process with new partners, coordinating with legal.
• Build strong relationships leading to expansions and renewals.
• Create and refine onboarding playbooks and success metrics.
• Partner with founders on GTM experiments as we scale.
