Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years in customer success, account management, clinical support, or sales in cardiac device space.
• Strong knowledge of CIED platforms and transmission management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sale success efforts with success plans and KPIs.
• Drive product adoption and ensure clinical integration across accounts.
• Onboard, train, and provide ongoing workflow support to customers.
