Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Manager to nurture long-term client partnerships across Markets, Vending, Dining, and Refreshment Services. You will be the face of Five Star, ensuring exceptional service, engagement, and value with every client interaction.

Responsibilities include developing relationships through on-site visits, resolving issues quickly, coordinating with operations and regional leadership, identifying expansion opportunities, and supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field with two years in customer success, account management, or sales.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with ability to present to groups and leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel regionally and stay overnight as required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication and on-site visits.
• Serve as the primary contact for client needs and ensure issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
• Partner with operations and regional leadership to ensure satisfaction and service consistency.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships by introducing Five Star services and solutions.
• Support sales and retention goals by assisting with new account development and profitability.
• Document client interactions and share updates with management.
• Represent Five Star at conferences and events, including occasional overnight travel.
