Job summary

Auvik is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own a defined book of business in our remote-first SaaS environment. You will ensure customers realize ongoing value from the Auvik suite, renew, and grow with us by coordinating across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, build adoption plans, and drive outcomes while expanding Auvik adoption across sites and use cases. Strong communication and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a book of business in a SaaS environment with retention and value realization.
• Ability to build strategic adoption and success plans aligned to customer goals.
• Comfort discussing business outcomes, ROI, and operational impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts and understand goals, deployment, risks and opportunities.
• Articulate business value of Auvik within their organizations.
• Advocate for customers and coordinate across internal teams to ensure follow-through.
• Deepen relationships by driving outcomes, mitigating risk, and expanding adoption.
• Partner with customers to build adoption plans and evolve service offerings.
• Identify opportunities to grow spend through increased adoption and footprint.
• Collaborate with teams to meet retention and growth targets.
• Design programs to ensure customers leverage features and stay informed on enhancements.
• Support change management from rollout to mature IT operations.
