Customer Success Manager, Google Marketing Platform

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media, or marketing, or 3 years with an advanced degree.
  • 2 years of customer-facing experience working with executives and leading customer transformation programs.
  • Experience navigating organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Experience collaborating within teams, both internally and externally.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 4 years in marketing with Google Ads, Google Analytics, third-party measurement, and App platforms.
  • Experience in video, display, app, and social advertising solutions.
  • Experience in digital advertising sales, product marketing, or project management.
  • Experience working with or for agencies.
  • Ability to build customer relationships and present solutions.
About the role:

Businesses partnering with Google vary widely; no single advertising solution fits all. Your online media expertise, communication skills, and analytical abilities will influence how businesses grow. You will provide high-caliber client service, conduct research and market analysis, and understand client decision-making to align Google's product offerings with their business needs.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will promote adoption and sustained use of Google Marketing Platform tools, managing complex projects, solving problems, communicating across stakeholder groups, and staying updated on marketing technology related to data collection, measurement, and media activation.

Our Large Customer Sales teams work with major advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions, helping shape the future of advertising in the mobile and online space. We advise clients on Google's products across search, video, and mobile to facilitate instant, seamless connections with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$148,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges depend on role, level, location, skills, experience, and education. Specific salary details will be shared during the hiring process.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple complex projects and coordinate internal resources to meet customer needs.
  • Create onboarding and ongoing enablement plans, lead training sessions, and drive platform adoption and error mitigation.
  • Ensure platform readiness for Third-Party Cookie Deprecation and address client questions and technical issues.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Google Marketing Platform products, especially DV360 and CM360, and their integration with Google Cloud.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with agency clients, understanding their challenges to enable success.
