Job description

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 2 years of customer-facing experience, working with executives, and driving customer transformation programs.
  • Experience navigating customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.
  • Experience collaborating with or in a team setting, both internally and externally.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 4 years of experience in marketing with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and third-party measurement and App platforms.
  • Experience in video, display, app, and social advertising solutions.
  • Experience in digital advertising sales, product marketing, or product/project management.
  • Experience working for or with agencies.
  • Ability to build customer relationships and present solutions.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive Google Marketing Platform technology adoption and long-term product usage. This role involves project managing and coordinating complex processes, problem-solving, communicating across stakeholder groups, and staying advanced with marketing technology for data collection, measurement, and media activation.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We have a broad view of the massive transformation as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age, advising clients on Google's products across search, video, and mobile to connect with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$148,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay is influenced by work location, skills, experience, and education. Responsibilities
  • Project manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, coordinating internal resources to meet customer needs.
  • Create learning agendas for client onboarding and ongoing enablement; lead training sessions and account-specific activation to drive growth and adoption.
  • Drive feature adoption to ensure readiness for Third-Party Cookie Deprecation (3PCD) and platform engagement; address inbound questions and resolve technical issues.
  • Build and maintain deep knowledge of Google Marketing Platform products, especially DV360 and CM360, and their integration with Google Cloud.
  • Maintain strong relationships with agency clients, understanding their challenges and needs to enable their success.
