Dexory is redefining warehouse automation with AI, robotics, and real-time data. We seek a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring onboarding, adoption, and measurable ROI with DexoryView across North America.

You will train, guide deployments, and build ongoing relationships while traveling to client sites. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, stakeholder management, and long-term value creation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success, Solutions Engineer, or Commercial post-sales roles in SaaS or data-driven tech.
• Proven ability to drive renewals, expansions, and long-term account growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience delivering onboarding, training, and customer-facing workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding as the primary contact for smooth, value-driven implementation.
• Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders across levels.
• Deliver customer training and workshops onsite and virtually.
• Create and manage Success Plans with KPIs and milestones.
• Monitor account health using usage data and feedback to reduce risk.
• Own renewals and upsell opportunities by expanding usage.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver outcomes.
• Gather and report feedback to guide product development.
