Job summary

PubMatic in New York is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Demand Facilitation to help grow our CTV and Data/Commerce Media business. You will work across revenue teams to identify opportunities and drive demand for PubMatic’s CTV and Commerce partnerships.

The role requires deep programmatic video experience, strong analytics, and collaboration with sales, product, and marketing to shape roadmaps and GTM materials.

Qualifications

• Strong analytic capabilities with reporting tools and Excel.
• Deep knowledge of programmatic CTV and omnichannel monetization.
• Collaborative, cross-functional problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate deals across supply and demand to exceed revenue goals.
• Support strategy for CTV and omni-channel monetization based on market opportunities and product capabilities.
• Identify growth opportunities from Data and Commerce Media providers.
• Track trends with finance/analytics on programmatic video spend.
• Position PubMatic as the preferred supply source for CTV and Commerce Media to agencies, advertisers, and DSPs.
• Gather product feedback from publishers and buyers to shape roadmap and prioritize needs.
• Collaborate with product marketing to develop GTM materials for CTV and Commerce Media.
