Job summary

Cato Networks in Detroit is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure health and expansion of our top accounts across our cloud networking platform. You will be a trusted advisor guiding deployments, adoption, and renewal strategies to maximize value for each customer.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, R&D, and Support to orchestrate post-sales activities, drive product adoption, and secure upsell opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.

Qualifications

5+ years in a Customer Success or SaaS role at a high growth vendor.
Experience and exposure with networking or security software solutions.
Excellent customer communication and presentation skills.
Ability to listen and understand customer needs and provide solutions.
Influence and persuade at all levels to gain Trusted Advisor status.
Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Must be located in the Detroit, MI area.

Responsibilities

Own the health of assigned accounts and drive growth and renewals.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Lead post-sales motions including QBRs, adoption maturity assessments, renewals and upsells.
