Job summary

Seegrid Corp. is seeking an Application/Industrial Engineer to act as an automation consultant for potential customers in warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing. The role involves assessing customer sites, designing custom automation solutions with Seegrid technology, and supporting the sales team through technical guidance and demonstrations.

The candidate will travel up to 50% (incl. Canada & Mexico), have a systems-level understanding of Seegrid products, and possess strong communication,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% including Canada and Mexico.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and spreadsheet data analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
• Organized with project management and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, capable of navigating high-pressure environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build client relations.

Responsibilities

• Support sales by recommending automation solutions based on customer requirements.
• Travel to customer sites to gather data and design opportunities.
• Analyze customer data to guide design decisions.
• Provide technical consultation on material handling automation best practices.
• Demonstrate financial value of Seegrid solutions to customers.
• Create AutoCAD layouts optimizing AMR travel routes.
• Select appropriate products and determine required fleet sizes.
• Conduct live product demonstrations at Seegrid HQ and customer facilities.
• Serve as the technical SME and define best practices for customers.
