Job summary

Twitch is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to support the Advertising revenue team. You will manage media plans, campaign operations, and client relationships across influencer marketing products, collaborating with product and business development to maximize client success.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in online media, experience executing campaigns, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment supporting cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of online media/planning experience.
• Experience helping clients execute media campaigns.
• Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills.
• Able to troubleshoot proactively and escalate properly.
• Works well with others in a high-energy environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own pre-sale process related to media planning and internal IOs.
• Be client facing point of contact to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• Guide clients through internal purchasing tools.
• Provide highest level of customer service to internal clients for media plans and campaign operations.
• Lead cross-department collaboration for custom campaigns and assets delivery.
• Kick-off campaigns with clients and manage timelines, assets and optimization opportunities.
• Assist in pre-sale pipeline management and reporting.
