Job summary

Twitch is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to support our influencer marketing products. You will collaborate with product and business development to manage campaigns, ensure timely delivery, and provide excellent client service to media plans and operations teams.

The role covers multiple major U.S. markets, involves pre-sale activities, and ongoing campaign optimization. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in online media planning and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of online media/planning experience.
• Experience helping clients execute media campaigns.
• Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills.
• Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through escalation.
• Works well with others in a high-energy environment with minimal supervision.
• Experience and comfort working with technical product teams.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Own pre-sale process related to media planning and internal IOs; be client facing to ensure smooth execution and delivery; guide clients through internal purchasing tools.
• Client Management: Provide highest level of customer service to internal clients; lead custom content campaigns with other departments; manage timelines, assets and optimization opportunities.
• Additional duties: Kick-off campaigns with clients; manage pre-sale pipeline, reporting, and opportunity accuracy; troubleshoot live campaigns with Campaign Operations; stay updated on Twitch site features and products.
