Here’s what our team needs: Our Customer Success team are the behind-the-scenes champions ensuring each PepTalk client receives the tools, insights, and support needed to create safer, more engaged worksites. In this role, you’ll manage your own client portfolio, guiding them through their journey with PepTalk to improve safety culture. As we grow quickly, each day offers new opportunities to shape our services. You’ll lead strategic projects across the company, applying a change-management mindset to help clients achieve their goals and realize PepTalk’s full value. Sound like your kind of challenge? What does the role call for? We’re looking for someone results-oriented, with empathy and an understanding of business goals and client needs. You should have a genuine passion for improving the work environment. Your relationship-building skills inspire trust and confidence. You should be eager to innovate, improve workflows, and bring your experience or enthusiasm to a start-up environment. Ability to prioritize, manage schedules, and collaborate with teams like program, technology, marketing, and sales is essential. Comfort with travel, presenting, advising at C-suite level, and hosting client events is also important. You should exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations. Above all, you should be excited about taking on a role where you can excel and grow in a dynamic start-up setting.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in customer success management
  • 3+ years in a relevant discipline such as account management, client service, sales, HR, learning & development, change management, or project management
  • Experience in learning new technology
  • Possession of a third-level degree or higher
  • Full driver’s license
  • Experience in the Construction Industry is beneficial
  • Experience in a Health and Safety role is advantageous

What does the role involve?

  • Managing a client portfolio through onboarding, change management, program delivery, stakeholder engagement, events, and reporting
  • Tracking KPIs, conducting business case analysis, and reporting
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key contacts, influencers, and C-suite sponsors
  • Shaping client strategy and sharing feedback internally
  • Collaborating with internal teams to tailor programs to client needs
  • Traveling to client sites as needed
  • Participating in team efforts for major client events and launches
