Director of Customer Success at ConCntric

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in being the voice of your customers in their post-sales journey. You will onboard and train customers, provide technical support, drive customer engagement, retention, and expansion. Reporting directly to the Director of Customer Success, you will lead all post-sale activities and be the strategic driver for product training, adoption, expansion, risk mitigation and renewal with your customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become a Preconstruction Guru: Dive deep into the preconstruction world and become a trusted expert on how ConCntric transforms construction workflows
  • Onboard & Train Like a Pro: Help new customers hit the ground running by delivering smooth onboarding, training sessions, and guiding them to early wins
  • Drive Adoption & Engagement: Ensure customers don’t just use ConCntric—they love it. You’ll share best practices, product updates, and strategic insights to maximize their value.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Maintain high customer retention, identify churn risks, coordinate renewals with sales and product teams, and find expansion opportunities
  • Project Manage your Day: Hold regular check-in calls, quarterly business reviews, and mentoring sessions with customers
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Passionately advocate internally for customer needs by understanding their unique challenges and figuring out the right solution to help them achieve their goals
  • Team Innovator: Share ideas, challenges and solutions to contribute creative workflows to this fast-growing startup
  • Develop Internal Relationships: Work closely with sales and product to ensure product adoption, growth, retention and satisfaction of your customers

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant industry or role experience
  • Familiarity with commercial preconstruction workflows is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or sales.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand complex products/services.
  • Passion to improve the lives of those in the Construction Industry via technology
  • Ability to work independently at times and collaboratively at others with cross-functional teams across sales, product, engineering, marketing, and executive leadership
  • Exceptional relationship building, organizational, and communication skills with a variety of personas (entry-level to c-suite) in a fast-moving environment.

This is a remote position and candidates can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada. Occasional travel may be required.

  • Salary Range: $75,000 to $110,000 USD based on location, CS experience, and commercial construction industry experience.
