What You'll Do

At Sagetap, we believe in building strong, lasting relationships with our vendor clients by understanding their unique needs and connecting them with the right enterprise technology buyers. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and ensure our clients are set up for continued success on Sagetap through their first 90 days and receive exceptional ongoing service and support throughout their lifecycle.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for a roster of vendor accounts, understanding their needs and requirements. Applying strong problem-solving skills, you will provide proactive support, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for improvement on Sagetap. You will help clients gather feedback from buyers on Sagetap, identify common objections, and advise them on overcoming those objections to generate pipeline. Finally, you will manage related business projects that improve the team and company.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience providing exceptional service to executive-level customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage up
  • Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a startup where things evolve rapidly
  • Biased towards execution with the ability to proactively problem solve at scale
  • Strong desire to continuously experiment and optimize processes
  • B2B SaaS experience is a plus

This role is a remote position, and can be based in any location. Since our distributed team works primarily across US time zones, US-based applicants are preferred.
