Intalex is partnered with an AI-native SaaS company that is hiring a Customer Success Manager in San Francisco.
They're building an AI-native CRM designed to rethink how companies manage sales and customer relationships.
The platform replaces a lot of the manual work involved with traditional CRMs by automatically capturing emails, meetings and customer activity.
The AI then turns that information into organised customer context, insights, workflows and automations - helping GTM teams spend less time updating CRM and more time selling.
They've raised around $80M, have strong product traction and are already used by well-known technology and SaaS companies.
You’ll own a book of around 15-40 mid-market customers, taking responsibility for onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention and expansion.
This is a very hands-on role - you’ll actually get into the product and build workflows, automations and integrations for customers, rather than simply managing relationships.
You’ll work with senior stakeholders including founders, CROs and Heads of Sales, while helping shape the Customer Success function as the company scales.
$160K-$180K Base + ~20% Variable / $190K-$210K OTE + Equity (If the salary isn't right, what range works?)
