The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the face of the platform for clients across the North America. Think strategic partner, trusted advisor, product evangelist—and yes, closer of commercial growth opportunities.
You’ll work across stakeholders in compliance, trading, and technology functions, ensuring every customer touchpoint is proactive, insightful, and impactful.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own client relationships across enterprise accounts in the Americas
Drive adoption and utilisation of the platform through consultative onboarding, education, and support
Collaborate with AEs and Solutions teams to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Run QBRs, performance reviews, and roadmap alignment meetings
Be the customer’s voice internally—advocating across product, support, and leadership
What They’re Looking For
5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS, ideally with enterprise clients
Financial markets knowledge is a big plus—especially trading or regulatory compliance
Exceptional communicator with strong data/analytics instincts
Proven track record of growing and retaining complex customer accounts
Hungry to innovate and scale CS strategies in a high-growth environment
Based in NYC or willing to relocate
