Customer Success Manager
  • Location: Remote (US)
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday; Full-time
  • Salary: $100,000/annually
About the Role:
The Customer Success Team works to ensure that our customers are maximizing the value they are receiving from our products and services. We believe in doing whatever it takes to make our customers successful, and the Customer Success team drives that success every day.

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll manage clients of strategic importance to the organization. Your role involves driving value that leads to expansion, renewals, and customer satisfaction. You will find additional opportunities within current client accounts by establishing lasting relationships with key decision-makers and collaborating closely with your Account Executives.

Responsibilities:
  • Grow revenue within existing accounts by identifying new sales opportunities and successfully closing them by working with the Account Executive and independently.
  • Gain command of our corporate messaging, leverage data from our platform, and identify strategic growth opportunities to help clients understand and expand their business.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date forecasts using HubSpot.
  • Conduct well-informed, consultative meetings with senior-level executives to demonstrate the business value of our products and articulate our innovative solutions.
  • Negotiate balanced renewals and expansions that profit our business while benefiting the client, guiding deals through legal negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Sales teams to maximize client use, value, and satisfaction of our platform.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2+ years of proven experience in growing existing business as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager, or bringing in new business in the high-tech/SaaS space.
  • Technical aptitude to help clients maximize their investment and ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Inquisitiveness and willingness to assist clients with platform setup and initial questions.
  • Experience in value-based solution selling.
  • Strong focus on account forecast accuracy (churn and upsell) and diligent follow-up skills.
  • Knowledge of IIoT and Industry 4.0 is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation skills and confidence in engaging decision-makers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, articulate via phone, email, and in person, with a positive, collaborative approach.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic, evolving work environment with continuous growth.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Mixpanel, PowerPoint, and Excel is preferable.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 Per Year
