What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with clients post-implementation to address product performance inquiries and ensure ROI is achieved
- Optimize client interactions to assess additional needs and identify sales opportunities
- Prepare and manage client correspondence according to established communication plans
- Resolve service delivery or quality issues raised by clients and collaborate with internal teams for solutions
- Collaborate with the product team to enhance client experiences with the employer's solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of customer success or sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with customers in industries such as financial services, fintech, and credit
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to collaborate and explore options with customers
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
