Overview
QuantHub is seeking a driven Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and help expand our presence in the fast-changing EdTech and digital transformation landscape, specifically within Higher Education. This mid-level role is designed for ambitious individuals eager to build a career in customer success. As an integral part of our CS organization, you'll work closely with senior leaders, gaining hands-on experience in customer health measurement, surprise and delight, and relationship management, while directly contributing to revenue growth.
Base pay range
$65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Instructor Relationship Building: Regular check-ins during active semesters, post-semester success reviews and feedback collection, multi-semester instructor retention and satisfaction management, proactive support for course preparation and execution
- University Expansion & Growth: Campus relationship development with department heads, identification of new instructor prospects within existing universities, cross-departmental expansion (business, statistics, analytics programs), academic calendar alignment and semester planning
- Events & Community Building: On-campus visits and department presentations, instructor networking events and best practice sessions, academic conference presence and relationship building, customer advocacy and reference program management
- Strategic Account Development: Multi-course instructor portfolio management, department-level relationship building and expansion planning, university partnership development and maintenance, success story documentation and case study development
- Success Metrics Focus Areas: Multi-semester retention, department expansion, instructor satisfaction, new instructor acquisition, event engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field
- 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM systems and account planning
- Willingness to travel for on-campus visits (25-30%)
Preferred Qualifications
- Higher education or EdTech industry experience
- Understanding of academic calendars and university operations
- Event planning and marketing experience
- Previous territory management experience
