Alsco Uniforms in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) to drive customer loyalty through responsive inbound calls and proactive outbound outreach. You will coordinate information within the Service Department, follow up for satisfactory resolutions, and support the team with administration and reporting.

Required are strong telephone skills, excellent customer service experience, and proficient MS Office use.

• Respond to inbound customer calls and make outbound calls as needed.

• Maintain call logs, support other service personnel, and resolve issues with urgency.
