Job summary

Alsco Uniforms seeks a Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) to drive loyalty by handling inbound calls and proactive outreach. You will coordinate information flow with the Service Department and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution, reporting to the Service Manager.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and timely handling of customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone and customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
• Proficient in MS Office; ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication; organized and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer calls and make outbound calls as needed.
• Audit, resolve issues, and drive upsell opportunities while referencing policy.
• Coordinate information flow within the Service Department and track orders.
• Build customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Prepare and distribute service-related documents and reports.
• Monitor competitive activity and report insights to supervision.
• Adhere to instructions, attend meetings, and perform other tasks.
