Qualifications

• Experience in corrugated packaging, manufacturing, POP displays, printing, logistics, or related industries.
• Experience in customer service, account management, project coordination, operations, or order management.
• Knowledge of structural design, graphic arts, lithographic printing, pre-press, or fabrication.
• Proficiency with Amtech, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary point of contact between customers and internal teams, including Sales, Creative Services, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finishing, and Logistics.
• Prepare estimates and provide quotes to customers.
• Process and verify purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Establish delivery schedules and track orders throughout the production process.
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and changes to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage customer requests, specification changes, and evolve project requirements.
• Monitor production, fulfillment, and logistics activities to ensure projects stay on track.
• Maintain accurate customer records and project documentation.
• Provide exceptional support to customers and internal team members.
