Siemens Healthineers is seeking a strategic leader to head Customer Success for Laboratory Solutions in North America, driving loyalty, retention, and value realization across healthcare labs and health systems.

You will build and lead a high-performing CS team, align with Sales and Service, and translate customer insights into product and service improvements, ensuring measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in Customer Success or related fields.
• Experience with diagnostics, healthcare tech, or life sciences.

• Lead the Customer Success Strategy defining and executing CS priorities.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing CS team across North America.
• Create scalable customer engagement models throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Foster accountability, advocacy, and continuous improvement in CS outcomes.
• Own strategic customer partnerships to maximize retention, value, and growth.
