Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the post-sale relationship for Rafio, guiding onboarding and ensuring customers achieve confident, independent daily use.

You will scope and build integrations, troubleshoot, drive adoption, and serve as liaison between clients and the platform team, triaging requests and helping scale the customer success function. This role emphasizes outcomes and expansion opportunities to maximize client value.
