AllWage builds time-and-attendance and payroll software that helps 400+ businesses in construction, agriculture and manufacturing manage, pay and grow their waged teams. It is a fully remote, profitable team of 18 that discusses company finances and strategy openly.

As the second dedicated Customer Success hire, you will work with the Head of Customer Success to build retention systems, manage at‑risk and high‑value accounts, and develop AI‑driven processes that help customers renew and expand.

• 4+ years in CS/AM/implementation for SaaS.
